Yesterday, NY and I went to Disneyland. We bought the Southern California resident 2fer passes online and prepared for a fun day that we haven’t experienced since before we moved to Florida in 2004. When we arrived at Disneyland we discovered that parking was $12.00. NY was so appalled that as soon as we entered Disneyland, he exchanged our 2fer passes for annual passes that included free parking. You really have to giggle at his reasoning!!
So, did you know that you can get into Disneyland for free on your
birthday?
birthday?
It’s a new celebration that started this year.
Would you go to Disneyland on your
birthday?

It is just to far away for us but if I lived closer we probably would. It has to be a major vacation for us to travel that far.

If we lived close to either of the Disney parks I would go on my birthday. We will actually be at Disney World in FL on my son’s 2nd birthday. Of course since he is already free, no deal for him. Enjoy your new season passes 🙂

What a great idea! No, I wouldn’t go on my b-day though since I was born @ the end of July. It would be way too hot. Now that I know of this though maybe we could look into it for next year’s kids b-days.

You bet!! When we lived in Cali ~ used to take the kids to Disneyland alot! Also took them to Disney world in Fl after moving back to the East Coast – I wouldn’t make a special trip just for my birthday though!
NateAndJakesMom says
I would have… but I would have had to go alone – have you seen the price of a ticket these days??? Geesh!
Sage and Savvy says
I would love to! But don’t think I’ll be going to Disneyland anytime soon!

Disneyworld as well. I don’t like crowds so Disney isn’t my idea of a good birthday 🙂

If my birthday wasn’t smack dab in the middle of summer I would definitely go. I want both my girls to experience DL on their birthdays, too.

We’ve used the resident passes and birthday passes – who can pass up an opportunity to go to Disneyland. When hubby was deployed in 2003 they had an awesome military package and we spent 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel and both parks for under $250 and then had fun at downtown Disney at night.
