Every November I go through our loft library shelves and gather up the Christmas books. I place them in the living room and family room for all to see and hopefully for their reading enjoyment. This year we added The Sparkle Box to our collection thanks to PR by the Book. And I’m here to tell you … The Sparkle Box is an inspirational story that will help everyone understand the true meaning of Christmas!
The story starts with a young boy named Sam. As the Christmas season goes into full swing, Sam is excited about the parties, the food and of course the presents. There’s one gift that has him especially curious … a sparkling silver box on the mantle. Sam’s parents will only tell him that the Sparkle Box is a special gift they will open together. But before they do, they need to fill it.
Throughout the following weeks, during all the Christmas festivities, while Sam and his family give to those in need, he begins to see how really fortunate he is. And Christmas morning, when Sam finally opens the Sparkle Box, he learns what the true meaning of Christmas is.
The Sparkle Box is perfect for families that believe in Jesus Christ and celebrate Christmas. There’s actually a glittery silver Sparkle Box included. Families will learn and grow together as they participate in their own Sparkle Box activity.
The Sparkle Box is available in book stores everywhere.
