We’re in the middle of our nectarine and grape harvest. Last month we feasted on apricots. Having fresh fruit growing right outside our back door is a delicious treat. But having access to the fruits we love in the market is wonderful too. So this week we’re sharing our favorite summer fruit finds on Pinterest. Enjoy!

When our kids were growing up we had a huge strawberry patch. From the time our daughter Britt could walk, she was covered in strawberry juice from helping herself to the sweet berries right out of the garden. I can’t wait to make this lovely Classic Homemade Strawberry Pie from Katie at The Casual Craftlete.

Growing up, my all time favorite cake was my mom’s pineapple upside down cake. No matter how many times I make it, it doesn’t seem to taste as good as my mom’s. Now I’m game to change the recipe up a bit with another one of my favorite summer fruits. I’m loving the recipe for Peach Upside Down Cake from Jen at Use Real Butter.

Nothing says summer like the sweet taste of watermelon! I’m looking forward to making this easy 4 ingredient Watermelon Sorbet from Jen at Cincy Shopper. My grandkids are going to love it!
