If there’s anything you can count on in Southern California it’s odd weather. We’re suppose to be experiencing a good amount of rain with El Nino but instead it’s 90 degrees. But in two days we’re expecting rain with temperatures in the mid 60’s.
We’re not sure if we should build a fire in the morning or wear sandals when we leave the house. For Southern California it’s just plain weird.
And, our fruit trees… our fruit trees totally agree. They’re ahead of the game showing off their gorgeous spring blooms even though the first day of spring is more than a month away.
But that’s okay because we’re enjoying the show!

I am looking forward to spring, I’m tired of the cold. Spring is one of my two favorite seasons and I can’t wait to see things starting to bloom around here.

Oh how I miss living in Los Angeles. The seasons are nice, but the cold in the Midwest can be unbearable.

We are in MN and I was just reading that maple syrup tapping will probably be ahead of schedule… all because of the crazy odd winter we have had. Very mild compared to most. Sounds similar to your fruit trees…. nature is a all a bit confused.

Wow. I’m in Minnesota and this is so far from our weather right now. I can’t wait for spring. Gorgeous shot!

This is such a beautiful shot! I wish we had 90 degrees rightnow over here in Germany. It’ so cold and it feels like the winter came back.
