Agave Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups diced mango
- 2 tablespoon chopped mint
- fresh mint leaves for garnish
Agave Lime Glaze
- 1/4 cup agave (or honey)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine all the fruit and the quinoa.
- In a small bowl, mix together the agave and lime juice.
- Mix the agave lime glaze with the fruit and garnish with fresh mint.

Spoon your prepared Agave Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad into 1/2 pint (1 cup) mason jars.
Tie our free printable tag on with baker’s twine, string or ribbon.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
