This time of year fills my being with many different thoughts and feelings however autumn is and always has been my favorite time of year. I love to feel the air cooling and the wind kicking up. In California I’m not able to see the changing of the seasons so when I do see evidence of this phenomena it’s heartwarming. I love to decorate for and celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving. Autumn is definitely my favorite season of the year.
This was the first time I flew with NY to Boston in October 2000. There was a lot of green with a little bit of autumn in Boston’s Public Garden. What’s your favorite season of the year?

I would have to say Summer, and not just because it’s my name. I am a southern California native and I like it hot and sunny. Oh, and I love evening thunder storms that are spawned by the heat.

Fall and spring are pretty close to a tie for me. Right now, though, I’ll go with fall. What’s not to love? Halloween, Thanksgiving, MY BIRTHDAY! This is the last year I get to be excited about that one (29). Aloha!

I love to decorate for fall and spring. They are my favorite. Here in the tropics, I have to over-decorate to remind me that somewhere, someplace the season is changing. I think fall is my favorite for slowing down the pace and spring makes me feel recharged and fresh.
Aloha!!!!

My favorite season is Winter. I don’t like being hot so Summer is out of the question! I love Winter because of all the holidays and merriment!
Thank you for playing along!

Fall on the east coast, for sure! An easy one for me :-). Although now that I’m on the west coast spring can be pretty nice too.

Thanks for the comment. Summer used to be my favorite, I’m a born and raised desert rat. But after three years in FL I grew tired of the heat, it gets really old when there’s no variation of temperature. I’m glad now to be living in a place (NM) that has an actual winter. I’ve never seen snow and am looking forward to it!
