Izu
One of our favorite critters at San Diego Safari Park is Izu. He's king of the beasts or at least his enclosure. He reigns over his ladies and four cubs. Safari Park Egrets
There is something about egrets. Can't quite put a finger on it, but I love to watch them walk about on their long legs as they poke around for something to eat. Ruby the Kangaroo
Meet Ruby the kangaroo. (Our nickname: Kanga-ruby!) She's one of the many exotic animals you can meet up close and personal at the San Diego Safari Park's "Animal Encounters."
