Are you looking for an easy treat for Halloween? How about Chocolate Dipped Pretzels and Marshmallows?
We made both for our grandchildren’s Halloween party and everyone loved them. And they’re both quick and easy to make!
Ingredients:
- Wilton Chocolate Candy Melts
- Snyder’s Butter Snaps Pretzels
- Large Marshmallows
- Wilton Lollipop Sticks
- Halloween Sprinkles
I always use a double boiler to melt chocolate. It’s simple and eliminates the possibility of scorching the chocolate during the melting process.
Empty the bag of chocolate melts into the top of the double boiler. We used the Wilton Light Cocoa flavor.
The chocolate melts quickly over a low heat.
Simply dip a pretzel in the melted chocolate.
Dip in preferred sprinkles or .. not. I prefer mine without sprinkles. ;D
Set on parchment paper until firm.
Place a marshmallow on a lollipop stick and dip in the melted chocolate. Any flavor/color chocolate will do and any sprinkles will do depending on preferences. (or mood!)
See? Easy Peasy!!
