I love wreaths. Especially on our front doors. We used to hang our wreaths with metal ‘over-the-door’ wreath hangers. But they seemed to mar the paint a bit on the door and door frame. The solution was easy. We now use ribbon, which accents the wreath beautifully. And without damaging the door.
Supplies:
3 yards of 1″ wide ribbon
1 push pin
1. Loop the ribbon around the top of your wreath measuring each end out evenly. Carefully tie a knot 6-8 inches from the wreath.
2. Simply run the ribbon over the top of the door and use a push pin to anchor it to the inside of the door. Let your ribbon ends hang down the inside of the door or …
… tie the ribbon ends in a bow. Whatever suits your fancy!
Easy peasy! And oh so festive!
