So, I started this diet. I'm eating specific foods without any exceptions. I'm happy with what I'm eating, I'm not hungry between meals and I'm very full after meals. The Studio
There's a room in our house that we call the studio. It's where I work do my thing. My sewing machines are there along with my MacBook. It's where I create. I recently tore up (literally) the carpet, stained the concrete floor, painted a border and gave it three coats of sealer. I love it! It's very me. It's my space. I love music. So much so that I really have to work at NOT moving to the beat of the hymns in church. Sitting still while singing or listening to music is just plain difficult for me.
