This week I’ve been researching gifts and craft projects for the holidays. My favorite place to do so of course is … Pinterest. But I always get distracted with all the fabulous pins. Here are just a few of my favorites, at least from this week.

Breakfast can make or break the day ahead of me. While I’m a huge fan of granola with fresh fruit, eggs are a big source of my protein. This Vegetable Frittata from Lizzy Writes is filled with spinach, mushrooms, yellow squash and more. Plenty of energy to get me through a busy day!

My dear friend Debra, from A Frugal Friend always comes up with economical and adorable ideas. What could be cuter than this No Sew Appliqued Turkey Shirt for the festive upcoming holiday? Hop on over and see Debra’s easy to follow step by step tutorial.

Debra also has an easy recipe for these awesome quick to grab and eat on the go, no bake Almond Oatmeal Breakfast Bites. Healthy and delicious!

Today it’s blowy outside. The trees are swaying and the back porch chair looks as if a ghost is rocking a baby to sleep. I think it’s weather for a bowl of hearty soup to warm us up. And I can already smell the delectable scent of Butternut Squash Apple Soup from Elise at Simply Recipes. Oh my goodness!!
NY (aka New York) has a love and talent for photography. His images are gorgeous, inspiring and most often black and white. But oh what he can do with color!
So … how was your week on Pinterest? We’d love to have you leave a link to your latest favorite pin!
