What was supposed to be a simple “out-patient” procedure changed rather quickly to quite the opposite. Following a routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal), Cathi, found herself being admitted to the hospital for observation, just over night hopefully. The surgeon, due to very minor complications, advised this would be best.
Though Cathi does not seem to remember, she did all she could to bribe the ambulance attendants to just take her home. As it was, the ride in the ambulance was a very short drive just across the street from the surgery center to the hospital. I wanted to let everyone who know that Cathi will be back blogging just as soon as time permits.
