We received a package of Raw Almonds from Sincerely Nuts to put to the test. And that’s exactly what we did. We appreciate the ingredient/description label that informs us of everything we need to know. We enjoy eating a variety of nuts raw right out of the bag. But we also use almonds in other ways.
We blanch and slice almonds and also make almond meal/flour for making granola and macaroon cookies.
We’ve also experimented with making almond milk. While NY drinks good old fashion whole milk from our local dairy, I use almond milk every single day on my morning bowl of granola.
