Yesterday we had the dreaded appointment with the gal who computes our income taxes. Kidding! Not about the appointment, we did have that however it wasn't dreaded at all. Happy First Day of Spring!
NY did some exploring in the backyard this morning. He found many signs of what summer has in store for us on this lovely first day of spring. In the Kitchen – Baked Scallops
While NY appreciates a large juicy rib-eye steak, I've pretty much given up on eating beef, pork or poultry. As of late I've been trying to broaden our seafood palette.
