Bear and Kissy Bug
Half an hour later.
Doesn’t every Princess need a little mascara?
Monkey Boy…
…brought his electric guitar AND Guitar Hero.
He is always surprised that his “old” grandparents actually know and sing along to some of the songs on Guitar Hero.
Bear is the “Star of the Week” at pre-school.
His mother and I had a lot of fun putting his “All about Me” poster together.
After strict counsel on staying out of the bedroom (which actually is her room) which her teenage cousins are sleeping in while visiting…
The Princess showed up with a new “pretty green” purse on her shoulder.
She’s sneaky and always closed the door to whatever room she was in. I wish I had gotten a photo of her when she was wearing a red shoe and a purple stilleto.
She had an exhausting “being a teenager” day and took a very good nap when she got home.
Many things happened at our house today, however…
The Princess did not find scissors and cut her hair as may be evident in the photo. She did that at her house.
(Oh, and her cat and her dolly got haircuts that day too!!)

Your babes are gorgeous. The Princess must explore all avenues of beauty open to her. Sometimes being beautiful isn’t painless.

I loved all the family pictures! Thank goodness it was only mascara! That must have been hard to get off!
