Did I mention our oldest grandson started middle school last week. He has six classes, six different teachers and he’s over the top excited about it all. I asked him tonight what his favorite class was. After a slight hesitation, he answered with “science and PE.” (Good answers! Cheers for PE getting our young people outside and moving about!)
I’m excited for Austin and this new adventure in his life. He’s coming into himself and feeling confident. He knows who he is and he knows what he likes.
He even knows what kind of clothes he wants to wear. He went back-to-school shopping at T.J. Maxx and guess what he found there?
His favorite brand names! The Element and DC shirts he bought made him a happy camper. Almost as happy as the price tags made his mom!
T.J. Maxx is awesome. Shopping there is like shopping at big name department stores but at affordable prices. Austin’s shirt’s were $9.99 each compared to the $26 tag I saw at our local mall. Wow! That’s a huge difference! It’s like two shirts for the price of one with money left over for more school supplies!
So how does T. J. Maxx do it? How do they sell top of the line merchandise for discount prices?
Their buyers travel the world 40+ weeks out of the year while most store buyers only shop each new fashion season. This gives the T.J. Maxx buyers opportunities to find designer brands that might otherwise be missed. When they do find a great deal, especially at the end of a fashion season, they’re able to purchase items for discounted prices. Each T.J. Maxx store receives 10,000 new items each week. EACH week. So every time you walk into a T.J. Maxx store there’s new merchandise and new deals.
T.J. Maxx is a one stop shopping spot for back to school … clothes for every member of the family along with shoes and backpacks.
I love shopping T.J. Maxx! I can buy everything I need to dress my family and…my home!
And now you can do your back to school shopping. We have one $25 T.J. Maxx gift card each for two lucky participants in our Back To School Event. Simply visit the other three participating blogs to find the giveaways!
No compensation was received for this post. T.J. Maxx did provide us with a gift card to go back to school shopping. All opinions are our own along with the good looking middle school attending grandson!
I love T.J. Maxx, as well. I have three teenagers, who love shopping there. My youngest son and daughter won’t shop anywhere else, until they go to T.J.Maxx…my son’s favorite, “Find” was his Chris Angel Mind Freak shirt…they are normally around $60.00….got it for $14.99.
