I love a good film. It doesn’t matter if it’s just me and a romantic comedy, me and David and a good mystery or both of us snuggling with the grandkids with a bigger than life fairy tale. We enjoy immersing ourselves into the story. Beyond The Mask is one of those films that pulls you in. Right smack into the story.
Beyond The Mask is a historical action-adventure story that follows the leading mercenary for the British East India Company. Will Reynolds has just been double-crossed and is on the run in the American Colonies. Working to redeem his name and win back the affections of the woman with whom he’s never been fully truthful, Will now hides behind a new mask in hopes of thwarting his former employer. As his past life closes in on him, Will must somehow gain the trust and the help of his beloved Charlotte – as well as Ben Franklin – while he races against time to defuse a plot of historical proportions. As Will Reynolds discovers, if we let true freedom ring, history can be redeemed!
Beyond The Mask is produced by Aaron Burns and directed by Chad Burns and stars Andrew Cheney, John Rhys-Davies and Kara Kilmer. Burns Family Studios is committed to producing quality, action adventure films. Family films that do not contain any inappropriate language or scenes. Enjoyable for everyone from Grandma (that would be me!) to the kiddos. Each action packed scene will keep you on the edge of your seat. Our 12-year old grandson loves Beyond The Mask! He compared it to a pirate movie. *wink!

I’ve always thought the American Revolution would make a great backdrop for an action/adventure story. I’d love to get this.
