We love to travel. We also love to garden. If you feel the same way as we do, and you don’t live in Paris, I think you’ll enjoy Hidden Gardens of Paris, as much as we do. This lovely book describing the beautiful gardens of Paris just might be the next best thing to traveling to France to see the gardens in person.
Author Susan Cahill and photographer Marion Ranoux have come together to create a gorgeous and complete guide to the parks, squares and woodlands of The City of Lights. Hidden Gardens of Paris is the perfect travel guide. The 221 page book measures a mere 5 X 8 inches so that it will fit nicely in a backpack or even a handbag.
Complete with a detailed map in the front of the book, the gardens are divided into sections / chapters by areas and landmarks. There are hidden secrets like the Square Georges – Cain. I think I’d like to live there!
And the serenity of Musee Eugene Delacroix, situated beneath the once apartment of the sublime French painter, of whom the garden is named. Simply gorgeous!, don’t you think?
Oh, the beauty you’ll see with Hidden Gardens of Paris! Page after page, whether you’re sitting in your own garden perusing the book, or actually walking about Paris and following the map.
Hidden Gardens of Paris is available on Amazon.
