I love music. So much so that I really have to work at NOT moving to the beat of the hymns in church. Sitting still while singing or listening to music is just plain difficult for me. At times the grands and I will sing as we dance through the house all parade like. But … I can’t read music and I can’t sing on key. Fact of the matter is … I can have a song in my head that is absolutely perfect but when I sing it it is unrecognizable. It is what it is so I do not sing karaoke and I do not sing in a choir.
But I do love a parade! How about you? Do you sing? Choir like or shower like?

I can sing. Very well, actually, but I have no self-confidence to sing in public, so pretty much only my family get to hear me. :\

I don’t sing well, but I sing, especially in the car. I was in the youth choir at church as a young girl. I wish I could sing in public!

I was in the chorus at school when little. Then I became a car only singer until I was in the classroom and eventually with my own kids. Now I will break out in a tune for any reason 🙂

Us kids used to sing to the congregation in our church when we were young, but like Smelly Ann as a grown-up I’ve no confidence to sing in public even though I can carry a tune. 🙂

I don’t sing . . . but I do hum a lot when I’m at work. 🙂
