My name is Cathi and I have a weakness. I have a weakness for sweets. Not just any sweets. My weakness is for baked goods. Not the healthiest of weaknesses but nevertheless it’s mine. Hallelujah for Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods! Weight Watchers has been helping people achieve a healthy weight and lifestyle for over 40 years. Recently we talked about the new WW (Weight Watchers) frozen treats. The tasty frozen treats were a big hit at our house as are the new Sweet Baked Goods.
WW Sweet Baked Goods are available in a variety of flavors but we had the delectable opportunity to enjoy the new Red Velvet Creme Cakes. Now, at the risk of getting slammed with “Are you kidding me?” remarks, I’m admitting that I’m not a fan of red velvet cake, cupcakes, or anything else red (or anything chocolaty). I’m just not. But while admitting to that, I also won’t admit to how many Red Velvet Creme Cakes I ate. Let’s just say you’d never know I wasn’t a fan. The Red Velvet Creme Cakes are moist with a real cream cheese filling. For those on the WW program the cakes are only 90 calories, 4 grams of fiber, with a 2 point value. Most importantly, they taste good. When our oldest son and one of the guys he works with recently stopped by on their way home from work, we offered them each a Red Velvet Creme Cake and one of those tasty frozen treats mentioned earlier. They happily chowed down and their response: “Wish they weren’t ‘bite size!”
But isn’t part of healthy eating ‘portion control’? Yes, it is! Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods are available in eleven different delicious flavors in markets everywhere.
