We love to travel.
It doesn’t matter if it’s just the two of us, or if we’re traveling with one or all of the kids and/or grand kids.
We simply love to travel.
We’ve taken several cross county road trips and traveled by air to countries near and far. We love to discover different customs and cultures of various regions and countries. We continue to discover even when revisiting previous destinations. We especially enjoy London trips, with so much to see and do.
We decided on the spur of the moment to take a London trip. Todd (our ‘baby boy,’ who will be 34 this year … ha!) made plans to join us two days before we left. We had a fabulous time. With a generation between us, we still have a lot in common and love spending time together. We refer to him as our hippie/bohemian, beanie baby. He’s totally laid back, always sees the good, and goes with the flow in any situation. I love this kid!!
We enjoyed the inflight services, meals and amenities. We also took advantage of the 11 or so flight hours to London to also get some rest.
We visited well-known and easily recognizable landmarks teeming with people.
We also took time to see and explore small, out-of-the way London neighborhoods.
The world-famous Natural History Museum attracts visitors of all ages and levels of interest.
Big Ben is just as its name implies: BIG!
The iconic London Eye is easily recognizable and stands out along the skyline.
London will always always be a favorite place to holiday, just the two of us , with Toddy or the whole family!!
