So, I started this diet. I'm eating specific foods without any exceptions. I'm happy with what I'm eating, I'm not hungry between meals and I'm very full after meals. Water
I love water. I actually love swimming, floating or bobbing about in it best but I love drinking it too. NY and I have put forth an honest effort to drink a lot of pure water every single day. An American Flag
We're been having the hardest time finding an American flag that will hold up and not shred in the wind. Even though I'm partial to the tattered look, I don't think it's appropriate for an American flag. Dress like a Pirate
Yesterday our grand kids elementary school celebrated Dress like a Pirate day. I'm not sure the school knew it was actually Talk like a Pirate day too. Cody and Kennedy were delighted to don their pirate gear along with the other little swashbucklers. Next month there will be a crazy hair day and also dress as your favorite story book character.
