So back in October we started this little
diet food program. The Hypothalamus Rebalancing Diet. We I worried that we I wouldn’t have the will power to stick with it. It’s very strict. There’s absolutely no cheating.
So there. I’ve admitted that I’m a diet cheater. But in my defense there’s usually room for a little cheating with most diets. You know, eat a little here, give up a little there. But with the Hypothalamus Rebalancing diet there is no room for cheating. None at all. In fact, cheating of any kind can totally throw you off and back by several days. But, the diet works. For us anyway.
We started the weight loss phase on October 13, 2012 and finished phase two (the rapid weight loss phase) on November 21st, 2012. I’m proud to say
we I never cheated. Not once. Not even when I would make half a dozen grilled cheese sandwiches for the grands. Or when I was mixing them up tall glasses of cold chocolate milk. Or even when I made a batch of Snickerdoodle cookies for NY to take as a gift to friends. I knew NY wouldn’t have any temptations but me … I worried about me.
With this round (Round one because there will be more!) of the Hypothalamus Rebalancing diet, NY lost 33 pounds and I lost 26 pounds. I’m wearing clothes I haven’t worn in years. Many years. We feel great. Fabulous! And we will stay at this weight until we choose to do another round of the diet.
Oh! And that next round of the diet? I started it today!
